Legal Matters

If you are coming to D’Amico due to a recent court order, we ask that you provide your counselor with a copy of your most recent order, including joint parenting agreements, orders of protection, police reports, divorce decrees, etc. A consent to release to or receive information from your attorney may be requested by your counselor to ensure effective communication regarding your treatment and treatment progress.

For mediations: All new spouses, significant others, and romantic partners are strictly advised to NOT attend mediation sessions.
